Yes. Every website I build and host comes with a care plan, and hosting is included in every plan: Essential (starting at $50/mo) for informational, non-e-commerce sites, or e-Commerce (starting at $100/mo) for any WooCommerce store. The one exception is Shopify: Shopify hosts its own stores, so Shopify builds don't need a care plan. You still own your domain, content, and site files, and you can move your site to another host anytime. Terms are explained clearly in every proposal.
Often, yes. After a technical review, I can move an existing WordPress/WooCommerce site to my hosting under a care plan (hosting is included in every plan), or handle a full website redesign if that's the better investment.
Yes. I build Shopify stores too. Shopify hosts its own stores, so Shopify builds are the one exception and don't need a care plan. SEO, email marketing, and ongoing development are available for Shopify stores.
